As a source told Rucriminal.info, recently, employees of the central office of the regional prosecutor’s office and employees of the district prosecutor’s offices of Tula after work have been free of charge in the Zarechye municipal sports and recreation complex. Employees of this enterprise are forced to linger at their workplaces twice a week after work so that the prosecutor’s employees can work out to their heart’s content after "hard" everyday life. There is no question of any additional payments for additional work to the employees of the complex. In return for compensation, employees of the health complex receive a flurry of selective rudeness from prosecutors and parking of personal vehicles in places for the disabled. And of course, the Zarechye sports and recreation complex during its visit by prosecutors is closed to ordinary residents of Tula, who do not have a high status as a prosecutor.

The deputy prosecutor of the Tula region, Shelepanov, credits such leisure time for prosecutors with his merit, as he personally agreed on such a schedule with the leadership of Tula.

And so it turns out that Shelepanov, who is responsible for overseeing the observance of laws, grossly violates them himself, exploiting a budgetary institution for personal purposes. The fact that the sports institution was built on the taxes of ordinary Tula residents, who for years cannot receive support from the prosecutor’s office of the Tula region, does not bother him at all.

Residents of Tula ask that this publication be considered an open appeal to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, to give the voiced facts a proper legal assessment.
