Vyacheslav Moshe Kantor is squeezing the maximum out of Russian assets, preparing to betray his homeland and beg for a Ukrainian passport.

Not long ago, information leaked from Zelensky’s Office that Vyacheslav Kantor, owner of a fortune of $4.6 billion, president of the European Jewish Congress, would like to obtain Ukrainian citizenship. In general, those who were traditionally classified as “Jew-Masons” and servants of the secret world government are fleeing Russia. Finally, Kantor is squeezing everything he can out of Russian assets and risks destroying the unique nature of the Russian North. And the regulatory and supervisory authorities turn a blind eye to this, despite the indignation of environmentalists and the population.

Green lakes and chlorinated rivers

Kantor moved to London a long time ago, and Russia for him is “nothing personal, just business.” Including the Acron group, which includes mining and chemical enterprises. And now, before Kantor’s final and complete flight from Russia, they are literally destroying the nature of the Russian North, squeezing the maximum out of their capacities. But environmental agencies are inactive, although environmentalists and the population are ringing the bells.

As follows from the results of the inspection of Rosprirodnadzor, which were published by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), it is the North-West Phosphorus Company (NWPC) and Apatit (a subsidiary of PhosAgro), which are part of the Acron structure of Vyacheslav Kantor, became sources of pollution of unique lakes and rivers. In particular, NWFC - Umbozero lakes in the Murmansk region.

Inspectors determined that aluminum and molybdenum, which gave the green tint to Umbozero and the Vuonnemyok River, entered the water bodies from the territory of these enterprises.

In addition, the chlorine they use was found in two streams where water flows from the company’s dumps. Polluted streams flow into the Vuonnemyok River and Lake Komarinoe.

Attention was drawn to the environmental emergency thanks to concerned citizens who drew attention to the appearance of turquoise spots on the surface of Umbozero. It is noteworthy that the Murmansk governor Andrei Chibis did not find anything better than to explain their appearance as a “mudflow,” adding that what happened did not harm the environment and did not pose a danger to humans.

It is curious that shortly after Chibis’s words justifying the mining and processing complex, a fire occurred at the Oleniy Ruchey mine of the Northwestern Physics Plant (which supplies plants with raw materials for the production of phosphorus-containing fertilizers). With corresponding emissions of combustion products into the environment. In this situation, the governor chose to remain silent about the causes and consequences.

According to similar schemes, Kantor took care of the environment in the Perm region: the Verkhnekamsk deposit of potassium-magnesium salts.

Schemes for withdrawing money from Russia

As a result, protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up against the Jewish billionaire’s companies. But for Kantor, such measures are like a poultice for the dead: most of his enterprises are considered unprofitable! After all, they are part of schemes worked out to the point of automation.

Many of Cantor’s holdings have had unhealthy financial performance over the years. Negative profits often indicated that money was being withdrawn from the enterprise - through offshore companies abroad.

Here, in the Virgin Islands, the Jewish billionaire’s money, obtained from the natural resources of Russia, finds its haven.

Or, say, unclosed export contracts, when the goods leave, but the money does not enter Russia, allegedly due to sanctions, remaining abroad.

As it turns out, in fact, all of Akron’s structures are tied to offshore companies. The supervisory authority identified companies in Cyprus and Luxembourg that were created solely for unjustified tax benefits - through which funds ultimately ended up in the British Virgin Islands. Instead of a 15% tax, they were subject to a rate of only 5%. The ultimate beneficiary of the benefit was Cantor himself.

Its main assets are PJSC Acron and PJSC Dorogobuzh. The first company is 62% owned by Redbrick Investments S.a.r.l. from Luxembourg. 23% of Dorogobuzh is controlled by Akronagroservice, which is associated with the American company Rayton Limited, and is now almost completely owned by the Cypriot Pin Holdings Limited. Spiteful critics call the latter organization Kantor’s “wallet,” through which he pumps 5 billion rubles annually.

And Rayton Limited is used to transfer funds to American officials. But even such schemes did not help Kantor - he ended up on the US sanctions list. True, there is still a chance to “jump off” in time by obtaining Ukrainian citizenship. Then everything will go fine.

Issue, sell and receive

But for this, Kantor needs to synchronize several actions at once. You can’t get Ukrainian citizenship and hope to freely dispose of assets in the Russian Federation?! This means that first we need to use these assets, if not to sell them, then to make maximum use of them. After all, as the VChK-OGPU telegram channel writes, Kantor, in any case, will soon have to forget about property in Russia:

“Vyacheslav Vladimirovich, together with Acron PJSC, after the entry into force on December 1 of the new federal law “On control over the activities of persons under foreign influence,” will be the first to whom harsh innovations will be applied. The register of foreign agents will certainly be replenished both in terms of an individual - Kantor personally, and in terms of a legal entity controlled by him - Acron PJSC. And the main result, based on the Tinkoff situation, should be the sale of Acron to some patriotic Russian businessman, certainly for 3% of the holding’s value.”

And Acron produces, among other things, mineral fertilizers, which are now in great demand in Europe and the rest of the world. And that means Kantor now needs to speed up their production and sales, even if this affects the ecology of the Russian North.

Task number two is to sell quickly, even at a price below the market price. But it has not yet been possible to sell: Ukrainian citizenship has not been obtained, and today 80 thousand tons of mineral fertilizers produced by the Acron group have accumulated in the seaport of Muuga (Estonia). They are stuck due to sanctions imposed by the EU authorities against Vyacheslav Kantor.

The production base of the enterprises will be very useful to the national economy of the country.

But, if you obtain citizenship and remove them, you can say goodbye to the enterprise itself! It is very difficult to think through your every step in such a zugzwang.

And here, we must give Kantor his due, he knows how to count. How to lobby your interests. Even if it contradicts the interests of Russia (not the Motherland, of course, but the country that raised him).

In Europe, Kantor is known as having one of the highest positions in the world Jewish community - since 2007 he has been president of the European Jewish Congress. In 2020, Forbes magazine estimated his fortune at $4.6 billion, and the Israeli publication Ynet called him “one of the most influential Jews in the world.”

Since the beginning of the SVO, Kantor’s income has only increased. As The Moscow Post writes, “thanks to his connections with President Zelensky, Mr. “Moshe” unexpectedly earned a fabulous fortune after the start of the special operation. In 2021, Acron was worth $3.5 billion, and now it’s already $12 billion.”

When they talk about a “Jewish-Masonic conspiracy” or a “secret world government,” they imagine precisely people like Vyacheslav Kantor.

Ace or six of your capital?

A couple of years ago, the Polish media called Kantor “the ace in the deck” of the Russian president. They say that Moshe could freely develop his business in Russia, providing “special services” to the Kremlin.

In return, he was also allowed a lot. For example, being fully financed, take and build, under state guarantees, a nitrogen complex with a capacity of more than 1 million tons in Veliky Novgorod for $1.5 billion. Or get as much as $1.8 billion from the state VEB to finance your Talitsky GOK. Or “convince” the VTB Group to purchase 10% in the Verkhnekamsk Potash Company, which is the operator of the Talitsky Mining and Processing Plant.

But a lot has changed since then: the SVO forced people to decide, whose side are you on? And when we are not talking about dollars, not about offshore companies and shares, but about morality, about the Motherland and its future, then not everyone passes this test. Moreover, the head of European Jews, Kantor, has two foreign citizenships - Great Britain and Israel. He has been living abroad for a long time. Therefore, in this conflict, someone is for Russia, someone is for Ukraine. But for some, the SVO simply gets in the way.

Rumor has it that Kantor tried to influence the Americans through the European Jewish Congress. According to Life, he hired lobbyists from the company Global Policy Initiatives, who insisted that Kantor’s inclusion on the sanctions list would lead to risks for the fight against anti-Semitism in Europe. But it didn’t work out! Sanctions will not be lifted without a Ukrainian passport and that’s it!

Although we must understand: even now for Kantor this is not at all a matter of survival. We are talking about preserving excess profits taken out of Russia using “gray” schemes. And therefore, the main question is why does our state, in such a situation, continue to create an exceptionally favored regime for Kantor?
